Q. This seems extremely expensive. Why can't I just hire a nurse directly?

Q. My insurance covers everything - why do we need you?

Insurance is reactive - it helps after health issues arise. We're proactive - preventing issues before they become serious and expensive. Plus, we help optimize insurance usage while covering many services insurance doesn't.

Q. This sounds good in theory, but how does it actually work?

We work with clients for 4-13 months, starting with a holistic understanding of their body and creating programs with our domain experts. We identify key areas of improvement to prevent health conditions from progressing further, breaking that down into small daily steps with family involvement to drive sustainable changes.

Q. What if my parents are resistant to change?

We understand this concern deeply. Our approach is gradual and adaptable. We begin with small, achievable goals and adjust based on your parents' comfort level. Our health managers are specifically trained in senior engagement to first build rapport with the clients.

Q. My parents aren't tech-savvy. How will they use your app?

Our app is designed for seniors with large buttons and simple navigation. We provide personal training every week until clients are comfortable. Family members can also manage everything if needed. Our health manager and internal team are readily available to solve any queries.

Q. How does Saaya handle data security?

We prioritize privacy and security. All health data is shared with us and with our partners based on your consent

Q. Why are you needed when we can manage this on our own?

While living with parents provides great support, our service brings professional expertise across multiple domains. Our Health Managers coordinate:

-Preventive Health:Professional assessments and early intervention

-Nutrition: Personalized diet plans created and tracked daily by certified nutritionists with fortnightly consults

-Fitness: Expert-led, age-appropriate, assessment led programs

-Cognitive Health: Fun exercises for the family to boost cognitive capabilities + Mental Health Support

Our approach is beneficial because:

1. While you may pursue these programs in Silos, typically they may ignore what your body needs. Thus if you are spending time on getting healthy, might as well do it with intention for yourself and your older parents

2. The health manager brings all of these programs together and acts as a guide and an accountability partner to you which family cannot fulfil after a few weeks at best

3. Instead of using multiple different apps, service providers without any understanding of your own body is a cumbersome and relatively ineffective process compared to a service like ours that does everything based on your assessments
