First of all, we work with only senior management, decided by the key decision-maker within the company. Because of that, our program cohort becomes smaller thus allowing personalized attention with science and health data at the centre of it and an easy to adopt yet engaging program while balancing expectations at work.
Health and Wellness has multiple facets beyond fitness and nutrition. Cognitive decay prevention and stress management are equally important at that career stage. Preventive health is another unexplored angle which becomes increasingly important after 50, with a need to increase frequency in testing as well as accessing more specialised tests to avail actionable advice (At saaya - we have genetic testing, blood age testing etc at better rates). We offer reactive health support with priority appointments, better rates and a continuum in care after hospital visits through our medication and direct access module.
One of the major concerns about corporate wellness programs is that they become burdensome to take care of in the midst of results-driven work. Our approach is gradual and personalised for each client so that it enables more productive work rather than interfere with the same - we ensure that it does not become burdensome.
We will need a minimum of 5 executives to start the program, however our per-client pricing reduces with the increase in no. of executives.
If an executive leaves midway through the program, then the membership can be transferred to another person within the organisation for the remaining duration of the program - we assure that the intensity and passion with which we work for a shorter duration will still be worth it. If there is no replacement, we will refund INR 25000 back to the organisation.
